RockaByBoo USA, LLC is committed to protecting and safeguarding consumer privacy on the Internet, especially for children. We are providing this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to help assure a rewarding experience for our visitors/users. This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of our web site and mobile app (collectively, the “RockabyBoo Service” or “Service”) including how we collect, use and disclose any personal information provided to us in connection with such Service.  This Policy does not apply to third party sites to which we may link. We may at our sole discretion edit this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post them here and update the effective date above.  We encourage parents or guardians to regularly monitor and supervise their children’s on-line activities.


  • Do we collect information from you to use our Service?


Registration for RockabyBoo is not required for you to use our Service.  However, when you install the RockabyBoo app on your mobile device,  we collect your device make and model, randomized device ID, vehicle ID, operating system version, and language your device is set to.  This information may include, but is not limited to, music track plays, first name for personalization ,and your usage of various app features. All information collected by RockabyBoo automatically or passively (such as information collected prior to when you create an Account) is intended to be anonymous information that does not disclose your identity or constitute personal information. It will automatically be transmitted to RockabyBoo and used as described herein

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Application on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the Apps, the events that occur within the Apps, aggregated usage, and performance data. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Apps without your explicit permission or the permission of a parent or legal guardian.


We do obtain non-personally identifiable zip-code level geographic information using devices’ IP addresses.


We collect only the first name of your child for purposes of enhancing the customized experience, and making new personalized content


  1. What types of community or social features do we offer you on our site and how do we keep these areas safe?


We may offer blogs or other public forums, as well as other features where you may provide us with submissions, but we take measures, including live moderation, to prevent users from communicating personal information through these public forums.


3.Do we collect information from you using cookies or other web technologies?


When visitors come to the Site , we may passively collect certain non-personal computer information, such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows or Mac OS), the web browser (e.g., Safari, Internet Explorer) being used, the frequency with which visitors visit various parts of our sites, and information regarding the Internet service provider, in order to make the Site more interesting and useful to you and for various purposes related to our business.

We may request a user name or e-mail address from a parent when a parent sends an email through the “Contact Us” form on our Site.  We use this to respond to the parent’s inquiry.  We may also offer parents a newsletter sign-up so they can stay informed about RockabyBoo. If you sign-for our newsletter, we will collect the parnet’s name and email address.


Certain features of our RockabyBoo may require financial information from parents. We do not use this financial information for any purpose other than processing payments. The financial information that you enter is not stored by RockaByBoo USA, LLC but, instead, is retained by our payments processing vendor for the purpose of processing credit card payments made to RockaByBoo USA, LLC Consent To Processing In The United States

By providing any personal information to the Site, all users, including, without limitation, users in Canada and the member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of such personal information across international borders in accordance with RockaByBoo USA, LLC standard operations, including the collection, storage, and processing of such information in the United States of America. Collection, storage and processing of personal information, including the onward transfer of such information, will be subject to the laws of the United States and no other country’s laws.

We do not allow third-party companies to solicit or to advertise to our users directly, and we do not provide any user’s personal information to any third party for that third party’s direct marketing purposes.
